I'd not run into that quote before and I've not seen a quote quite that accurate. I keep asking what they want to conserve? Slavery, uncivil rights (One I think they have truly conquered), belching and farting in public. Yup on a whole conservatives never got past the little girl in Willie Wonka who wanted her desires NOW!!! no matter how inane.

it's just in our current time the natural (and unnatural) division on the left vs the manufactured unity on the right based on appeals to the bigotry that has always been with us, all funded by plutocrat controlled media, is a huge problem

I like this pictogram very much, but indeed it is a bit weird. All my life I have wondered why the Guardians Of Pedophiles (fka Goofy Odd Party) chose red as their color, when red is the color of their declared enemies comunists, socialists & in modern democracies the color of many left parties. Why the lefties are pictured right is plain nonsensical. Oddly enough the message still is clear.

but what the right has that the left does not is this absolutely devoted, absolutely fucking stupid and mindless, MAGA cult of zombies who fervently show up to vote and fervently obey their plutocrat masters
that's a huge problem

@atpfm @caseyliss I once saw a CR chart on brand reliability, and BMW's bar was higher (as well as much lower) than Toyota or Honda. The latter are more consistent, but BMW does make some great models. You just have to research carefully... I think you had one of the mid-to-bad ones.
Here's my '07 328xi. Over 350k km (219k miles) so far, and going strong. I've had it about 10 years, and have about $20k CAD in it, including purchase price.
