Totally agree! This is exactly what #GoToSocial's interaction policies already handle with Accept/Reject for replies. The missing piece is retroactive rejection. When a reply was auto-accepted by the policy and you later block the author, the server should send a Reject on the original Create activity to unlink it. Extending their framework would be the cleanest path.

The reply isn't deleted, just unlinked from the original thread. It still exists on the author's instance. Nothing prevents them from writing their own post with a link to the original message. This is just about keeping a respectful conversation space under the author's post.

Ok, this might be better then. Not sure if it would work for ping-pong message threads.
To follow the discussion, someone would have to visit the comment on the profile and then scroll up to the first message where the original discussion started.

            dear frens and friends,

            my #openclaw 🦞 status:

I have found out 2 rock-solid use cases for my Openclaw AI agent:

            1) sending me reminders via telegram when to pump iron

            2) blog watcher - programmed by my Openclaw in python because the skill-one written in GoLang didn’t work, that observes some RSS feeds and sends me telegram massage once new item appears in RSS feeds

and now I’m searching for more IDEAS FOR USE CASES , can you suggest something? No idea too crazy! Send via DM if shy!

I didn't even notice it 🙂 and I'm usually the first nit picker ... but then I didn't notice I left a word out of a reply until long after 😞

And did the unthinkable, left it there ... still felt the ruler over the knuckles though 🙂
