Recent improvements on the Sunbury and Cranbourne/Pakenham lines to fix this are very welcome. Govt says soon Craigieburn and Upfield will also be boosted.
But Sandringham, Mernda and Hurstbridge will still be stuck with 40 minute waits on Sunday mornings.

Excessive waiting puts people off using public transport.
More services more often gets more people out of their cars, out of the traffic, and onto PT.
