People:As a #Friendica user (one of the few services that supports RSS feeds and AP in the same app), I'm sure glad that RSS is still around! Except for all the services that are in the Extinguish phase of the Extend-Embrace-Extinguish strategy, like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Reddit - all of them conveniently dropped support for RSS around the time they shut down most external APIs, and now the only way to retrieve data from them is using scrapers like fetchrss.com/
