Ok, reading the public text closely, you can see that Apple is not hosting the HLS video, but relying on the (partner) hosting company to do that.

Some podcasts I follow do have a live feed, and a YouTube post later, but I am still there primarily for the audio only. I’m typically driving anyway.
It might make such regularly themed content available via Apple TV however. Even without video.
