Ich sollte mehr zeichnen/malen - dann komme ich, so wie heute, auch dazu Podcasts wirklich in Ruhe zu hören.
Wenn ich ansonsten versuche, Podcasts zu hören, bin ich spätestens nach 15 bis 20 Minuten abgelenkt von irgendetwas und kann mich nicht mehr auf das Gesprochene konzentrieren.
Die Neurodivergenz lässt grüßen. -
