@luciedigitalni it would take me a while, and I reckon it would need a litre or two of vodka to go with it…

In my day (during the Holocene era) drinks such as Passion Pop were called Legopener.
I have no idea why.

@luciedigitalni back in the day passiona was ok but for me the real deal was sarsaparilla. loved it. i very rarely met anyone else who also liked it. prolly made me the woman i am today. -

As a kid I only really liked the flavours considered "weird" by most of my peers, so sarsaparilla, passiona, creamy soda, portello...
I still gravitate to one of those on the rare occasions I want a soft drink these days.

Yep. Or die trying, anyway.

I am so pleased when I hear of people having fun.
That sounds like my first year at Uni.

@Spoon etymology clearly wrt the ancient scandinavian art of peening lego. obvs.

(To be fair, I kinda get where you're coming from. Portello is the one I'm least likely to drink now. Definitely more of a "rare occasion for variety" thing. Mostly it's sars or creamy as #1 choice, though all the talk of passiona has given me a craving I may need to give in to tomorrow...)

@imalcolm @msdropbear Passiona is the best soft drink in Australia, no question.

Oh gods…I liked passions as a kid, but haven’t tasted it for years. Sarsaparilla was something saved for those occasions when you wanted to concoct the most disgusting drink ever. Was Dr Pepper sarsaparilla?
