@troberts My experience is that 2 litres of Passion Pop is more than enough

In my day (during the Holocene era) drinks such as Passion Pop were called Legopener.

      I have no idea why.

@Spoon @troberts I participated in a party at my house once which involved a case of a dozen bottles of PP. It was carnage.

As a kid I only really liked the flavours considered "weird" by most of my peers, so sarsaparilla, passiona, creamy soda, portello...

I still gravitate to one of those on the rare occasions I want a soft drink these days.

I am so pleased when I hear of people having fun.

That sounds like my first year at Uni.

(To be fair, I kinda get where you're coming from. Portello is the one I'm least likely to drink now. Definitely more of a "rare occasion for variety" thing. Mostly it's sars or creamy as #1 choice, though all the talk of passiona has given me a craving I may need to give in to tomorrow...)

I liked passions as a kid, but haven’t tasted it for years. Sarsaparilla was something saved for those occasions when you wanted to concoct the most disgusting drink ever. Was Dr Pepper sarsaparilla?

@luciedigitalni when I was around 11, my grandfather started to take me to the Golf Club bar and buy me a Passiona every fortnight. It was one of my favourite events - to spend time talking with him and to drink an entire schooner of icy cold Passiona. It was a reward for being his caddy and pushing his bloody golf clubs around the course.
