The latest podping gossip-writer/listener version (v0.2.5) seems stable, but there are still some connection bugs. I'm seeing a lot of peer bounces being reported. They come in clusters.

@suorcd That's a great idea. Since it's all in the public gossip that would be trivial to build a new 'gossip-dashboard' process.
