        TV Broadcasters are all but admitting their DRM experiment is a failure. They're now petitioning the government ( @BrendanCarrFCC ) to mandate their failed efforts and provide "resources" (aka subsidies) to manufacturers to implement it. I think it would be a lot easier just to ditch the failed DRM that they admit is holding everything back.
