Welcome to another episode of the Podcast Mastery Podcast! In today’s show, Seth Goldstein dive into a frequently asked question in the world of podcasting: do you really need a dedicated website for your podcast?

Drawing on over 15 years of experience, Seth untangles the pros and cons of setting up a separate site versus adding your podcast to your company or personal website.

You’ll learn why the choice isn’t one-size-fits-all, how hosting platforms and RSS feeds play a role, and what to consider for your brand and SEO. Plus,

Seth shares real-world examples and actionable tips to help you make the best decision for your podcasting journey.

I only listen to a few podcasts, but Maintenance Phases and If Books Could Kill are the two I support financially and always look forward to — so I grinned at "the Extended Michael Hobbes Podcastic Universe."

I didn't have any others to recommend to Sarah, though.
