1/3 - Apple announced support for HLS video through its closed proprietary API. ( @james and I have a LONG discussion about what, why and how it all works in PWR).
The good news is Apple have also improved MP4 playback in the primary enclosure. (still no HLS in the Primary or Alt Enclosure support)
TrueFans has enabled MP3 streaming of episodes to show actual number of plays and total listen time.
Today we successfully tested streaming MP4 in 10s packets. So we can calc Plays + Watch Time.

We will announce our Streaming Video hosting plans go live next week for $30 per month upto 1TB of data.
In the creators dashboard you can see the hosting plan you are on and the amount of data you have uploaded and streamed (transparency) plus you can see the amount spent and days left for the month.

3/3 - Hosting Plans
After 30 days you will get a refund of the difference between plan cost and total spent. We will then charge you for the next month and repeat for the third month. We will then know your data usage pattern and set the monthly recurring charge. i.e $5 or $10 or $15.
You will be able to upgrade the Audio Plan to a Video Plan on this page and eventually to a Live Plan.
