@dave does your watcher look only at "pp_" in the custom_json ID field or are you seeing my testing spam with ID pplt_ ?
Just FYI the main reason I'm using the live chain is to nail down the behaviour when Resource Credits run out, this is hard to do in a strict testing environment but I think I have the behaviour now exactly what I want.
This hasn't happened to us in production for years because of another thing I wrote but I don't want it to bite someone else.

@dave you might want to add the --release flag. it might be a bit slower to build, but run better
`cargo run --release`
