            Yep - I’m not in that system where I need any help as yet & really not looking forward to when I do. It’s just 💩.

              Remember that wonderful elderly woman who lived in care but appeared in the Drum regularly as an advocate for the aged?

              We need such people, & such TV shows.

                @Susan60 I believe you are referring to the wonderful Marie Coleman AO, who is still very active on both BlueSky and Twitter.
                In case you are on both/either and would like to follow, her profile links are:

                  @treleanor specialisations with ‘care’ in their name should exclusively be required to be _effective_ before any application of _efficiency_ is imposed.

                  Whenever a government claims something is too expensive, they’re betraying that they don’t value what it does.

                    @Susan60
                    Julia #Baird is also partnering with Jeremy #Fernandez in a gret podcast series on #ABC called ‘Not Stupid’ which showcases latest news and off-beat items. More relaxed than The Drum (that was a good show) though.
