    @cheryanne @aj @n_dimension @nick_rogers I've never had a bad agent or landlord ... but can only afford old houses ... but that's OK as I prefer 'character' Last house I lived in had other permanent residents ... I managed to block the entrances for the mice and controlled the ants ... but the European Wasps set up home in the walls between room ... so each fumigation didn't reach all of them ...After 5 years I finally decided I was too old for this and found a better place but at an extra $70 per week. No mice, no wasps or spiders, and ants stay outside Still had to spend weeks cleaning it before it was habitable and fixed up many things at my expense ... thereby increasing its value and now its up for sale ...I really am too old for this but we only get one life so have to make the best of it. And I'm not old enough to give in
