Anybody knows what Podcast Addict does with chapters? Does it try to resolve the chapter title to some image on the web to look smart? We had a chapter on our last show with title "Pornhub vince” = italian for Pornhub wins (in court), and P.Addict displayed some gonzo porn thumbnail on it. Ok addicts are not to be trusted, but guys... wtf!

      Inappropriate indeed!
Dear Podcast Addict, don't you think that if the podcaster wanted to associate images to his own chapters, he would specify them himself?

@francosolerio no I don't. This setting is disabled by default and needs to be enabled per podcast if you want it. As for the purpose of the setting it's described in the description and it's very useful for podcasts about movies, music, books, vide games

@francosolerio but not sure what the purpose of your public message is here when you enabled this setting yourself. Why then ask on social network what the app is doing when it's doing exactly what you set it to do...

@podcastaddict I actually didn't do anything, a listener of my podcast was asking why I had put porno clips in the chapters of my podcast. It took some hours to get to the bottom of the issue. People enable features without reading the fine print just for experimentation, but I think injecting arbitrary content with no way in the UI to tell it's not from the podcast producer is quite bad behaviour. @james

@francosolerio Fine print??? I'm sorry but did you read the setting? How is not obvious what the setting does? Are we there yet that people cannot be responsible for anything because reading a few lines has become too complicated and time consuming. Yes I agree that this specific image should not have been displayed, but I think that the setting is self explicit
