    The more I dig into the code of the newsletter email software that I use, the more I suspect it was written by someone who doesn't actually send email newsletters.

    Fixed a few issues with over-zealous unsubscribing of people, and plenty of spidery code which put a lot of pointless strain on my SQL server when it didn't need to. It's nice to be able to dig through this code to understand what it's doing.
