Brown and orange was everywhere 🙂
Clothing, curtains, upholstery ... especially 'Aztec' pattern 🙂

Even in the kitchen with mission brown cupboards with orange laminate bench tops ...

Which was in the last house I lived in ...
I covered it in white adhesive vinyl ... and made sure I had boards to put hot pots on, had to remove it when I left.

@MyView @Susan60 @feather1952 @caity brown and orange everywhere! I remember that. I did notice that was quite prominently displayed in the national library exhibition. Living in the 70s.

I had a gorgeous brown & orange (70s!!!) sleeveless thing that was pleated across the top, so wonderful as a maternity dress. Coarse fabric, rough print & embroidered, from one of those shops selling all manner of things exotic. Could be worn alone in summer, or over a skivvy (!) in winter.

      Wish I still had it.

@MyView I don't notice vibration with mine. It has bigger rubber-like wheels, that absorb some impact. @treleanor @feather1952

Loved the boxes stack ... each child could have their own colour ... could go on a picnic without complaints of "he touched my food" and "that's my cup" ... ahh the good ole days 🙂

No smooth footpaths around here ... all bitumen/asphalt and rough as guts.

Even dangerous to walk on in places and why I felt I needed a walker ...

              And new one just arrived!

Got the 'On Way' and 'Been Delivered' message at same time ...
Only bought it Wednesday and came from NSW ... and people complain about AP ...

PS. Old one has 5 inch wheels, new one 8 inch ...

                  It's in a flat box about 60 by 60 cm ...

Unopened so far ... and will remain so for a while as baking meat and apple pies ... freezer almost empty so having a cook up ...

@MyView Lots of pieces that have to be assembled, and would possibly get scratched if the box is carelessly handled.

This (there's a link in comments, or hit the play button and I'll read to you) is massive news. For the first time, podcasts are bigger than spoken-word radio. And look at the growth of podcasts (and the decline of AM/FM radio) in this graph from Edison Research. In the US, Guideline report that $29.3mn shifted away from radio last year and into digital audio ads (and that grew 9.3% last year). And in the UK, radio's diminishing place in audio is highlighted by the new name for The Radio Academy - now The Audio Academy. Big changes. Worth clocking. Audio, and radio, is changing faster than ever. Thank you to CoHost for supporting Podnews this month.
