This one a fascinating discussion with Katie Plus, founder of the The Refractory, about understanding plural identity as a legitimate form of neurodivergence, like being autistic or ADHD, not a "disorder" to be demonised (I choose this word very mindfully) and "cured", a la conversion therapy;
