There are 4 profiles of people that work in your business

🚫 RESISTORS - people that quietly get on with doing nothing and stop progress

💡 DREAMERS - people with ideas but no idea how to make them a reality

🥷 NINJAS - people that get s**t done but can't think for themselves

👊 RENEGADES - people that can spot an idea and work out how to make it happen

The job of the renegade is tough because they are fighting against the inertia of the organisation and the way things are always done.

I’m listening to the Smartless podcast and they have a bunch of ads and we all know how I feel about ads on podcasts.

The midroll ones were actually really good. They were host read ads and the hosts are actors so their deliveries were great.

Again, I’m not against Advertising in podcasts. I’m against front loading 3 ads on the show before you even get to the intro.

            Thoughts?
